William J. Black, III, (Billy) is a combat-disabled veteran and accomplished attorney who combined his background in government investigations, cybersecurity, and public policy. Billy has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to leadership, public service, and community engagement.
As a lawyer, Billy provided strategic guidance to individuals, elected officials, businesses, and non-profit organizations offering a balanced and insightful approach to leadership consulting and conflict resolution honed through years of diverse experience. With a career spanning the Air Force, federal and state government, and global technology companies, Billy is force multiplier for political campaigns or executive teams.
