  • William J. Black, III, (Billy) is a combat-disabled veteran and accomplished attorney who combined his background in military and federal investigations, cybersecurity, and public policy to support government agencies as a lawyer.

    Billy also provided strategic guidance to individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations offering a balanced and insightful approach to leadership consulting and conflict resolution honed through years of diverse experience.

    With a career spanning the Air Force, federal and state government, and global technology companies, Billy brought a wealth of expertise to his clients.

    After earning high honors from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, where he was Editor in Chief of the Law Journal, then a Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center, Billy has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to leadership, public service, and community engagement.
