Meet Billy Black

William J. Black, III, (Billy) is a combat-disabled veteran and accomplished attorney based in Atlanta, Georgia. Combining his background in military and federal investigations, cybersecurity, and public policy with his unique law practice, Billy focuses on providing strategic guidance for individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations offering a balanced and insightful approach to leadership consulting and conflict resolution honed through years of diverse experience.

Billy has deep roots in Georgia and a longstanding commitment to public service. With a career spanning the Air Force, federal and state government, cybersecurity software systems engineering, and incident response at multiple global technology companies, he brings invaluable perspectives to his practice. Earning high honors from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, then a Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center, Billy later represented an impressive portfolio of cases ranging from global cyber investigations to securing justice for wrongfully prosecuted individuals. He has volunteered with community non-profits, military and veteran legal assistance programs, and the Air Force Wounded Warrior Program.
